Mummy's Delicious Cooking

Mummy was an excellent cook and loved to cook every day. She often ground fresh spices each day, not settling for bottled spices. She coooked vegetables and meats with ease and I was always impressed by how quickly she cooked and how simple to make and yet delicious each meal was. On one of my trips to India I asked her to write down her recipes -- here they are on the original paper she wrote them on. The paper is dog-eared, stained and torn from my heavy use of it. I finally decided to scan it and am now creating a food and recipe website with some of the recipes www.towerofspice.com
